The hotel room was comfortable and had all the accessories needed, but we encountered a cockroach in the restroom, showing signs of wear. The service was courteous but not overly engaged. The location was excellent for my needs but a bit challenging with left turns. The dining experience was good, but the breakfast was just continental. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable with a conveniently equipped desk for electronics; however, there was a lingering smell of marijuana when I arrived due to an earlier bug bomb usage. The service was exceptional, with a helpful and friendly staff ready to assist at all times. The location was perfect for my needs, although there was an issue with the maintenance staff lacking compassion. The dining options were a mix of good and disappointing, with some meals being a waste of time and others being appetizing. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I realized the rooms were in poor condition, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the service here is top-notch, hands down. The location was also perfect for my needs, being conveniently close to the areas I needed to visit. While the dining experience was lacking and the facilities could be improved, the security terms here are reassuring.
